Returns & refunds

30-day returns. If you change your mind, you can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging. This is on top of your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full, including delivery. After 30 days we'll repair or replace it, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How to return

1. Email support@brushnbolt.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as they may go to the wrong warehouse.
3. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover it.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return (or, for faulty items, as soon as we've confirmed the fault). You'll get an email when it's done.
