30-day returns
If you're not happy, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. That's longer than the 14-day cancellation period UK law gives you.
How to return
- Email support@brushnbolt.com with your order number and the item you're returning.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Once we receive the item, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with a photo and we'll replace or refund it and cover the return postage. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Condition
Unwanted items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
